10:30 AM Awards for Best Witch Costume, Best Broom Stick (decorated bike) & Best Cackle

***#Flagler Strong is hosting their annual Scavenger Hunt to benefit Christmas Come True which begins at 11:00 am and runs till 3:00pm. A select group of Witches will be roaming the streets from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with Cats Eyes in hand. If participants spot a witch and secure a cat's eye they will receive EXTRA points.
